New production vinyl poncho.  Has that wonderful chemical vinyl smell, and metal button snaps.  Not the worst poncho by far.  Wouldn't do well in torrential downpour but in light to medium drizzle, you won't lose any rizzle.  A good option to keep in your vehicle if you find yourself in a roadside repair during a storm.
