Black with red stitching, MALICE clips on the rear for mounting to MOLLE webbing or just over a belt.  Heavy duty elastic to retain your medical inserts.  Opens in a full clamshell for easy access.  These might be a contract pouch for first responders made by Tactical Tailor.  They appear unissued and in new condition.
