Lightweight and quick drying 50/50 NyCo ripstop.  Required wear outside by all Sergeant Majors everywhere.

All hats are used within the realm of Grade/Condition 2, which is considered used but serviceable.  Hats purchased may be barely worn all the way worn and pretty dirty.  But no major defects to be found.
